I have worked with many recruiters over the years, and I have to say that my recent hiring process for my current position couldn’t have gone any better, and the biggest factor in that process was Robin. Robin clearly understands both sides of the equation in a retained hiring search, and she makes the whole process as easy as possible on both the candidate and the hiring company. If there is one thing that I think makes Robin particularly stand out from other recruiters is in her advice. Everything she advised me on was “spot-on” and certainly helped take a lot of the pressure off me, which allowed me to be as calm and prepared as possible.
