Account Manager: Specialty Chemicals

Our client is a multi billion dollar global manufacturer of specialty chemicals headquartered in the United States

Products/Markets:

Specialty chemicals sold into HI&I, PC, AG and other markets

Location/Territory/Travel:

  • Home office based
  • West Coast, ideally So. CA
  • Up to 50% overnight travel
  • Will call on both large and small accounts direct, as well as selling through a distribution network.

Requirements:

  • Tech degree and 3+ years of specialty chemical sales.
  • Located in the above named area or open to relocate there.
  • Stable job history
  • Proven track record of growing business through prospecting, not just account maintenance

Compensation:

  • Base plus generous bonus potential
