Global Innovation Marketing Manager-Nutritional Ingredients, NJ (BH 967)

Our client, a multi-billion dollar global manufacturer, is looking for a Global Innovation Marketing Manager to better position the features and specifications of their nutritional products portfolio in the global market.

Summary: Based in central New Jersey, this person will have responsibility for marketing the nutritional ingredients through N. AM, as well as for coordination of the marketing efforts of the global regions. Approximately 30% overnight travel, includes occasional international trips.

Products and markets: Products are clinically-backed clean-label solutions for the nutrition space. They have some traditional products as well as some new exciting products and product blends

Responsibilities:

  • Define global opportunities to take the brand forward.
  • Develop a pipeline of new products and set global strategy
  • Work with sales and other cross functional departments to launch products
  • Position is global, so this person will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the regional marketing teams in Latin America, Asia in Europe by providing leadership.

Requirements:

  • Seven+ years of nutritional ingredients market experience
  • Ideal candidate will have both B2B and B2C marketing experience.
  • Has worked with a small to mid-sized company
  • Demonstrating responsibility for performing marketing functions independently.
