Sr. Sales leading to sales management-Nutritional Ingredients, Mid Atlantic (BH 976)
Our client is looking for a successor who can come in as an Account Manager but quickly take over sales management responsibilities. The company is a global manufacturer of nutritional actives/functional foods. They are seeking a sr. sales person to sell into nutritional, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications. This person will be responsible for growing sales in a northeast region that includes ~ $5mm in revenue and key accounts such as Pfizer and GNC.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or solid technical knowledge as well as experience calling on contract /private label manufacturers as well as big supplement brand manufacturers. This person should either have management experience or be ready to manage a team soon.
The company has an excellent reputation for clinically backed products. Base salary plus uncapped incentive pay.
