- Design and drive strategy and growth plan for the US
- Set and review targets for Regional Sales Heads, Key Account Heads and Business development
- Mentor and grow a high performing, cohesive team
- Proven experience leading, managing and growing high performing sales teams on a national or country level
- Comprehensive knowledge of the claims-based nutritional ingredients landscape
- Global mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, growing, multi-cultural organization
- Track record of aggressively growing market share and driving revenue
