Account Manager, Personal Care – Midwest (BH 1141)
Our client, a well respected Specialty Chemical manufacturer, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Personal Care Sales Team to cover the Midwest territory. The ideal candidate will be based in the Chicago area or other major metropolitan Midwest location.. The account manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, business development activities and customer relationships within the Midwest territory.
- Maintain or increase share at current customers
- Expand Customer Base
- Maintain Regional Market Knowledge
- Maintain Company Databases
- Bachelor’s Degree-Chemistry or related technical field is a plus
- 2-5 years chemical sales experience is required, Personal Care experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and visit customers 4 days per week
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills required
- Must be a self-starter and work independently.
Compensation: Base salary plus annual bonus and company car.
