Inside Sales Representative, Personal Care – Los Angeles area (BH 1205)

Our client, a global leader in the chemical industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to work with customers to grow business in the personal care market (skin care, hair care and cosmetics).

Responsibilities:
Manage a defined sales territory and own the sales development process of converting prospective personal care customers to active ones. Will manage company initiative improvement projects and will work with marketing to identify trends and opportunities in this space.

Will initially work remote from a home-office, but post-pandemic will work with the team in the Los Angeles-area office.

Requirements: 

  • Technical degree (strong preference but not required)
  • 2+ years experience industry experience in personal care 
  • Knowledge of social media & technology, to be able track the market and identify other opportunities.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as they will be the face of the company with visitors and customers.
  • Should be resourceful, intelligent and driven.

Compensation: Base plus uncapped commissions
