Global Key Account Manager, Personal and Home Care – New York / New Jersey (BH1231)

Our client is a major international specialty company and a well-known industry leader. They are seeking a Global Key Account Manager in the NY/NJ area with experience in  any of the following applications: Personal Care, Home Care, Oral Care.

This person:

• Will be the technical lead for 1 key account with global responsibilities.
• Implement strategic goals by analyzing markets, selecting target products, and prepare technical strategies.
• Should be able to seek out new opportunities with an existing client from a technical standpoint. They should be able to be heavily involved with the customer’s R&D team.
• Coordinate with regional managers globally.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Personal/Home Care and/or Oral Care  application, including formulations experience.
• Previous experience with large, multinational accounts highly preferred.

Location/Travel: NY/NJ based. Travel is expected to be up to 50% post-covid, including several international trips annually.

Compensation: Generous base salary +  annual performance/company bonus.
