Strategic Sales Director, Plastics – South/Southeast (BH1233)

Our client is a global leader, seeking a Strategic Sales Director with proven success in sales management  in the plastics industry in the Southeast.

Responsibilities:

  • Design strategic business plan to grow customer base and ensure strong market position.
  • Successfully lead Sales Team by creating a culture focused on teamwork, continuous growth, engagement, and self-assessment.
  • Help to manage team member’s individual goals, performance, training, and career planning.
  • Set annual sales objectives, strategy, and budget.
  • Identify emerging market trends and stay up-to-date on competitor status.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, ideally plastic polymers
  • Strong track record of success in sales management and commercial experience.
  • Solid business acumen.

Location: Based in the South or southeast, but may consider candidates in other regions if their backgrounds are ideal.

Compensation: Generous base salary + up to 50% bonus
