Account Manager – Northeast, Personal Care (BH 1192)

Our client, a distributor of commodity and specialty chemicals, is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the Northeast to sell into the personal care market.

Products/Applications/Markets: Industrial specialties and commodities for personal care and possibly food/nutrition.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of personal care sales in the Northeast. Will also consider someone out of food/nutrition.
  • Solid track record of growth, as well as industry knowledge and contacts
  • Would prefer out of a distributor, but will consider a manufacturer.
  • This person should be extremely resourceful and have the ability to run the territory as if it’s their own business.

Responsibilities: Growing the business in the Northeast.

Territory/Travel:

  • Home based in NY, NJ, or PA.
  • Travel 30-50% overnight, determined by the individual
