Sales Director, Industrial Chemicals – Midwest (BH1302)
Our client, a privately held manufacturer of a wide variety of industrial chemicals, is seeking a Sales Director in the Midwest to manage the Sales Team, strategy, and P&L for their industrial chemicals division.
- 10+ years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably with a manufacturer, with a track record of success.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Strong business acumen and experience with P&L.
- Technical degree preferred, but not required.
Location/Travel: Cincinnati based – full relocation package available. 25% overnight travel expected.
Compensation: Very competitive base salary plus 45% bonus. Car allowance available.
