Sales Director, Care Chemicals (BH1305)
Our client, a global specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Director to manage their personal care sales team in North America. This person will be tasked with creating and implementing strategies, driving annual sales goals, setting processes and metrics, and nurturing relationships with key customers.
- ~10+ years of experience in the personal care chemicals industry.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Proven track record of success in strategic leadership and exceeding targets.
- Strong business acumen and contract negotiating skills.
Location/Travel: Home-based in the US, with a preference for North East US (NY/NJ) or Southern California based candidates. Overnight travel expected to be 30-50%.
Compensation: Very generous base salary plus 25% bonus and car allowance. Equity opportunities available.
