Account Manager/Product Manager Hybrid – Northeast Care Chemicals (BH1344)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of unique active ingredients and specialty chemicals. They are seeking a candidate with experience in the personal care/home care markets to manage a portfolio of products and grow the business within the Northeast territory. This hybrid Account Manager/Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing accounts in the Northeast, while also seeking out new business.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and analysis.
  • Supply, inventory, and pricing for product lines within portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Sales, business development, or product management experience in chemicals for the care market.
  • Will also consider similar experience in other markets.
  • Technical degree is ideal, but not required.

Location: Home office based in the Northeast (New Jersey preferred)

  • Travel may go up to 40-50%

Compensation: Base salary + incentive pay, and monthly car allowance/mileage reimbursement.
