Sales Manager, Personal Care (BH1438)
Our client, a global specialty chemical/ingredient company, is seeking an experienced commercial professional who will lead and manage a regional sales team in the personal care chemicals market.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience working with specialty chemical products and the proven ability to interface effectively with R&D to identify product requirements and work with suppliers to meet these needs.
- Extensive experience in the personal care arena with a broad understanding of the potential customer base.
- A team builder with the capability and/or experience to manage a professional sales team.
Location: Open to any major metro area
Travel: Up to 50% consisting of traveling with sales reps, providing training reviews, meetings with key customers, both regional and national trade shows.
