Director of Customer Experience, Personal Care (BH1480)

We are seeking a candidate with experience in customer service for our client, a global specialty chemical company. This person will be the liaison between various functions and business units including customer service, technology, order processing, and supply within the organization to maximize a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Expert level customer resolution skills with proven experience solving complex organizational needs.
  • Ability to plan, innovate & be strategic.
  • Passion for service & helping people.
  • Highly skilled communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum of 7 years related customer service experience.

Location/Travel: Can base anywhere, however NJ or Chicago are preferred / Travel will depend on where person is based.
