Account Manager, Industrial (BH1576)
Our client, an international chemical company that manufactures and distributes specialized products, is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business with existing clients and seek out new sales opportunities to contribute to the growth of products within the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Engineering background or equivalent relative business experience (Chemistry also accepted)
- Experience in the Specialty Chemicals Industry
- Sales or technical customer interface experience
- Understands Product Development and New Product Deployment
- Knowledge of polymers, plastics and rheology preferred
Location/Travel: Can base anywhere near major airport (east of the Mississippi) / ~20% travel (Approx 50-60 nights per year) including trips throughout the US as well as Europe, Canada, and Latin America
