Commercial and Operations Leader (BH1623)

Our client, a global specialty chemical/ingredient company, is seeking a commercial leader/executive to be responsible for growing the business and profits for their specialty ingredients market. This person will have the responsibility of supporting and motivating a large sales and customer service team, although they will not be directly managing it. This position offers someone the opportunity to take on a high-level role and lead a significant and important business.

Requirements: 

• Previous commercial leadership role within the specialty ingredients industry.
• Preferred experience in change management, showcasing the ability to lead and guide teams through organizational transitions.
• Critical experience in collaborating with key industry partners.
• Proven track record of motivating and leading commercial teams to success.

Travel: ~50%
